Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
3. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, changes cannot be made — but you can still return the order for a full refund after it arrives.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
6. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and shipping will begin the following day.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.
8. What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of it being shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
9. Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD.
You may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer.

If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be sent to your card issuer within 7–10 business days.
If you don’t see the refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card provider directly, as posting times may vary.
